On the graphic art day, children study the dry-point technique, which explains the principles of intaglio. "BioGlass" glass symposium. Kati Kerstna, Kai Koppel

Haapsalu Hot Glass Symposium is held already for 11th time. Plans include consonances and interpretations with glass, plants, nature and/or science. Traditionally we also invite people of other specialities – this time we expect cooperation between scientists and glass artists.  The symposium is international, bringing together glass artists from Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Poland and France, and naturally also the best glass blowing artists from Estonia. This time we offer also the possibilities of "free stage" and try again to organise a smaller workshop for the student of glass speciality and other interested persons within the framework of the symposium, to ensure maximum introduction of the participating very high-level professionals of the speciality.
